The Case of the Bad Blogger...
Okay, okay....so many of you have been giving me a hard time for being a horrible bloger latley (mostly my family who are dying for their share of pictures from the weekend!)
Graduation was amazing and such a fun time. We had four days off and they were spent with family, friends, and time together. On Thursday I graduated with the formal walk across the stage and then Chris and I met my brother and Mom at the Olive Garden in Langley for some appy's and drinks.
Friday= Chris and I woke up and decided to go to Minter Gardens for a relaxing morning stroll! It was the first time for both of us and it felt like the beauty of the gardens just kept going and going and going! Its absolutley amazing there and a definite place to enjoy if you are ever in the area. Very peaceful and alot of thought and detail put into each part of the Gardens. Needless to say it was an amazing day! We then went to Harrison for some lunch and came home to grab a nap and get ready for an evening at Sharks Club (pictures to come later!)
Saturday= Went to Garrision Crossing in Chilliwack with my Mom and then for breakfast. For those of you that don't know, this is where the old Armed Forces base use to be. My Dad lived there for many years (Among several other bases all across Canada) and the houses are being reno-ed and redone and made more modern. Its a beautiful area and very cool subdivision, with cobble stone cut outs for parking and pretty coloured houses! Saturday night was my grad dinner with our close friends and family at Kosta's Greek Restaurant in Langley. The food was delicious and so was the VINO - - it's all about the appelation! Thank you to all who came and celebrated with me. The flowers and gifts were not expected, but were more than thoughtful and beautiful!!!!!!
Sunday was a relaxing day. We celebrated fathers day with my Dad before my parents packed up to leave for the island. He scored himself a great Bocce ball set, so hopefully he's been practicing so he can keep up with all his company this summer!
So now its already Wednesday, thank goodness the day is over! I'm beat! I'm off to hang out with Lynnea for a bit, but first I'm gonna straigten my hair. Pictures to be posted later, if you're nice!!!!
Get better TJ!
